During my recent visit to Panaji, Goa, I had the pleasure of dining at Basseraa Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience that deserves a five-star review. Nestled in the heart of the city, Basseraa offers a delightful blend of Sindhi, Goan, and North Indian cuisines, catering to a wide range of palates. The ambiance of the restaurant is both cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual meals and special occasions. The staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well-served. One of the standout dishes I had the pleasure of tasting was their Sabudana Vada. This traditional Maharashtrian snack, made from tapioca pearls, mashed potatoes, and peanuts, was executed to perfection at Basseraa.
